Who We Are

Hephzibah Global Methodist Church is a welcoming church family from many backgrounds, united in growing in faith and following Jesus. Some of us have been in church for years, others are just beginning… but all of us are learning what it means to walk with Christ together and encourage one another along the way.

We are part of the Global Methodist Church, a worldwide movement committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ and spreading scriptural holiness across the globe. Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition, we emphasize a living faith marked by grace, transformation, and a life devoted to loving God and loving others.

Our mission is simple: to know Christ and make Christ known… to love God, love people, and serve our community.

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the authority for our faith and life. We believe in one God… Father, Son, and Holy Spirit… and that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone through His life, death, and resurrection. We believe the Holy Spirit is at work in us, leading us, transforming us, and empowering us to live out our faith each day.

As a Global Methodist congregation, we are committed to worshiping passionately, loving extravagantly, and witnessing boldly. We believe the church exists not just to gather, but to go… making disciples, serving others, and sharing the hope of Christ in our community and beyond.

We are not a perfect church, and we don’t expect you to be either. We believe life change happens as we grow in faith together… worshiping, serving, and walking alongside one another. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or have been following Jesus for years, there is a place for you here.

Even in a season of rebuilding, we believe God is doing something new among us… strengthening His church, renewing faith, and leading us forward together.

We’re still rebuilding our sanctuary… but God is still working.
